Ringing Software

    Amongst his many other talents, your author is also the writer of ringing software if incredible power. On offer on this page is his world-beating touch and peal proving program(me). Soon to come may be his interactive Dove's Guide and also some utilities to enhance the meaningfulness of the output from the Abel simulator.

    Touch and Peal proving program.

    To obtain this you need two packages: This one and this one. After downloading each of them into the same folder they should be unzipped. Create a shortcut to the Prove.bat file and place it wherever you place all your other shortcuts. The instructions are in the file called ProveMan.ocs which is best viewed with Wordpad.

    Interactive Dove's Guide

Create a shortcut to the Dove.bat file and place it wherever you place all your other shortcuts. There aren't any instructions with this program because its operation should be self evident. It's all done by clicking on the buttons!

    Some users of this program may find that it crashes their computer when it is closed. This is a problem with some earlier versions of Windows. If you find that this happens then to close the program use Ctrl/Alt/Delete and kill it from there.
